STAFFING - US Technical (UST) is a national staffing - recruiting search firm that provides permanent, temporary, and staff leasing services. UST was founded by people who have been in the consulting business for over 25 years and have past proven performance to many clients throughout the United States.
Our people have hands on experience and are considered subject experts in their field, therefore have the knowledge and talent to recruit qualified individuals. Our managers have worked for some of the largest architectural, engineering, construction, and recruiting firms in the world, and have provided consulting services to various other fields including; energy power, construction, manufacturing, and professional organizations throughout the US. Therefore, UST understand your needs.
Most of our clients have partnered with us or engaged us as consultants to oversee their staffing requirements in industries that require Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) in commercial and industrial applications. In addition, we provide scheduling, cost control, financial, legal compliance, licensing, maintenance, design, and operations personnel to support these industries.

Our Founder
UST’s founder began his career working for Bechtel Power Corporation building and managing the construction of nuclear power plants. He continued in the field by providing consulting services to large Fortune 500 Companies for over 25 years: utilities, engineering firms, and industrial maintenance / construction companies. He is very active in overseeing daily operations.
He founded: "Atlantic Water Products" in 1986, a water treatment company; "Atlantic Group of Constructors" in 1990, a land development company; and "US Technical Corporation" in 2001, a staffing - consulting and construction management company.
